The terms that apply when you use our website and book dust control services with South West Transfer.

These terms govern your use of swtransfer.com and the services provided by South West Transfer ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide magnesium chloride dust control application for gravel roads, driveways, parking lots and similar surfaces across South Dakota, Iowa and southern Minnesota. Standard pricing is $1 per foot for an 18-foot standard road width, with a 300-foot minimum. Larger or non-standard areas are quoted individually.
Booking and scheduling
When you place an order online or by phone, you are requesting service. We will contact you to confirm details and schedule your application. Timing depends on weather and route scheduling, since the treatment must be applied in suitable conditions to be effective.
Payment
Payment is due in cash upon completion of the service (cash on delivery). No prepayment is required to book. Prices shown are estimates based on the length you provide; the final amount is based on the area actually treated, measured by GPS.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. We may reschedule applications when weather or conditions are unsuitable.
Results and conditions
Dust control results depend on factors outside our control, including road condition, traffic, weather and surface material. Our standard application is designed to last a single season under normal conditions. Roads in poor condition may require additional preparation or applications.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South West Transfer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Content on this site is owned by South West Transfer and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
